By signing up, logging into your account, or using any SellHub platform services (at sellhub.so), you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please do not use our services.
SellHub may amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect when a new version is published on the site. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Definitions
In this document, the following terms have the meanings set out below:
- Platform:
- The website, applications, and all services provided by SellHub
- Merchant:
- Any individual or legal entity that registers on the platform to offer goods or services (seller)
- Buyer:
- Any user who purchases from merchants through the platform
- Content:
- Images, descriptions, information, and any data uploaded by users
- Company:
- SellHub and all affiliated entities
3. Registration and Account
3.1 Account Requirements
To use SellHub services as a merchant, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Registration with false or incomplete information is prohibited and may result in suspension or deletion of your account.
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any activity performed through your account is your responsibility. If you notice unauthorized access, contact SellHub support immediately.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC/KYB)
To comply with anti-money-laundering regulations and maintain platform security, SellHub requires identity verification for merchants.
4. Platform Services
SellHub provides merchants with the following capabilities:
- Creating a dedicated online store
- Managing products, inventory, and pricing
- Processing financial transactions and payment gateways
- Marketing and promotional tools
- Sales reporting and analytics
- Customer support tools
SellHub reserves the right to change, improve, or limit services at any time without prior notice.
5. Merchant Obligations
5.1 Permitted Content
Merchants agree that the products and services they offer are lawful and comply with the following:
- Providing honest and accurate product information
- Complying with all applicable commercial and consumer laws
- Not offering prohibited products
- Respecting intellectual property rights
5.2 After-Sales Service
The merchant is responsible for answering questions, handling complaints, and managing returns. SellHub acts only as an intermediary platform and does not accept direct liability for transactions between merchants and buyers.
6. Fees and Settlement
SellHub charges the fees specified in the pricing table for its services. Fee details are available in the merchant dashboard. Settlement follows the cycle defined in the agreement. SellHub may delay settlement until disputes or chargeback claims are resolved.
7. Limitation of Liability
SellHub provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranty regarding uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or absolute security. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellHub is not liable for indirect, consequential, punitive damages, or lost profits.
8. Termination and Suspension
SellHub may immediately suspend or terminate a merchant account in the following cases:
- Violation of these terms
- Fraudulent or suspicious behavior
- Failure to complete identity verification
- Repeated buyer complaints
- Violation of applicable laws
Merchants may also cancel their subscription at any time through the merchant dashboard.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Any dispute shall first be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the matter shall be referred to the competent judicial authorities.
